Who I am

I'm Tarek. Natural bodybuilder (PCA stage competitor), physics graduate, and the person behind the calculator, the PPL plan, and the content you've probably seen.

I built my physique without a coach, in a new country, in a fourth language. Everything I teach is what actually worked for me — not a recycled template. I coach the way I'd want to be coached: honest, direct, and committed to your result, not just your subscription.
